When Covid 19 first started, understandably, people were afraid. They never heard of a virus like this. We had never been in a pandemic before. People were living by fear.
I went from going to church one Sunday, to the next Sunday, my church was closed, along with most churches in America. There were a few brave pastors who decided to keep their doors open, despite getting fined and threatened. Being a Christian, one of my favorite verses is 2 Timothy 1:7, which states, “For God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.” I wear a bracelet everyday with that scripture on it. I could not understand that churches were going along with the government, and not following the Bible. As Christians, we should have been the light in this horrible situation, but instead, our Pastors decided to close the churches. I wrote to my own pastor and advised him to not give in to what the government is saying. I told him to be the example. He did open the doors for services much earlier than other churches, even though we were required to wear masks. After a few weeks, no one was wearing their masks at church anymore. Two weeks ago, my Pastor did his entire sermon on how the churches failed the people during the Covid Pandemic. I was so glad that he admitted that and said that this will never happen again. We are supposed to be the leaders, and not the followers in this world. Only time will tell how churches will react if we encounter a pandemic again. My hope is that churches follow the scriptures in the Bible, instead of living in fear. Media Contact: Stefanie Daubert Contributor ConservativeChristianNews1@gmailcom Writer, Blogger, and Podcaster

Ukraine
It was on June 30, 2019, that President Trump became the first sitting Commander and Chief to set foot into North Korea, after meeting with Kim Jong-un at the demilitarized zone. This zone divides North and South Korea. After this happened, the entire Democratic party went on a mission to smear President Trump. President Obama not only did not meet with Kim Jong-un, but he also never even spoke to him on the phone. The left asked, “Why does President Trump want to talk to a Dictator and a killer?” It is called diplomacy. What is the definition of diplomacy? It has several meanings, but the two main definitions are, “The profession, activity, or skill of managing international relations, typically by a country’s representatives abroad” and the second, “The art of dealing with people in a sensitive and effective way.” This leads us to Vladamir Putin, the President of Russia. Weeks before Putin began attacking Ukraine, instead of the United States using diplomacy to negotiate with him, the United States ignored the situation. News media and top foreign policy experts said that Putin would never invade Ukraine. Anyone who has studied Putin, knows that he deals with issues through strength, which was also stated by Mike Pence on Fox News this morning. Instead of President Biden putting his foot down with the strictest sanctions against Russia before the war on Ukraine started, Biden issued a few sanctions that had no deterrence to Putin from attacking Ukraine. Once a war begins, the possibly of diplomacy and dealing with Putin in an effective way, is nearly impossible, unless the United States takes a stance of force against him. When President Zelensky spoke to our Congress in the United States this morning, he asked for three things from the United States. He asked for a no-fly zone to be issued, he asked that he would be able to use the Migs that are in Poland to protect the airspace, and the most important thing, he asked for President Biden not to just be the leader of the United States, but the leader of peace for the entire world. It will be interesting to see how President Biden responds to Zelensky’s requests, as he is planned to make a speech in the next few hours. If the United States fails to give Zelensky his requests, the United States will continue to look weak on the world stage, embolden Putin to continue pushing through Ukraine, until he occupies the entire country and beyond. Media Contact: Stefanie Daubert Contributor ThePortlandPostStefanieDaubert@gmail.com; ConservativeChristianNews1@gmail.com Writer, Blogger, and Podcaster This is a day that I was not expecting to happen. I did not think that Joe Biden would win the 2020 election, or sworn in today, January 20, 2021 as the President of the United States. This brings so many different emotions to the forefront, that it is hard to put into words. Despite those emotions and feelings I am having, I have decided to take the high road for the next four years.
What does that mean, you may ask? I have to look to who I am as a person. Above anything else in my life, I am a Christian. I believe what the Bible says. I trust God. I know that God has a plan for everything, despite if I agree with it or not, or do not like it. God is all knowledge, and who am I to question Him, even though I do ask "why" at times. I could choose to be angry, bitter, or treat everything related to Joe Biden with utter distain, but that is not who I am. I go back to when President Trump was sworn in as President. The vile things that were already being said about him, before he even started to do his job, were horrible. I understand that people do not agree politically at times, but this was a new level of hatred. Things that people did not say about a World Leader, out of respect for the office, were being shared in the open, and by our own elected officials. This did not stop during Trump's entire Presidency. This was so heartbreaking to me. Despite all of the lies and media attacks that were spread about Trump, Trump accomplished every political promise that he made. I learned that getting ahead in life comes from persistence and drive, and not letting negativity control you. I refuse to get sucked into what the leftist media wants all Conservatives to get sucked into, which is being filled with hate, just like them. They would love to laugh and ridicule us, while shouting "Biden is your President" and "Trump is gone." I will never be like them. That hatred is not in my heart, so there is no way I could spread that. For the next four years, I will continue to point out the accomplishments of President Trump, and how he helped the American people. I will point out, all of the things that Joe Biden does as well, whether good or bad, because the public deserves to hear news that is the truth. There is a little place inside of me, that if I let it, could be pulled onto the bandwagon of stating things like "Not My President." I have never been a part of groupthink. I have always been an individual, which is a huge risk to make yourself vulnerable for attacks from people who do not agree with you. Despite that, I continue to put the truth message out to the public. I would encourage everyone, on all sides of the political isle, to stop listening to hate. You will not be hearing any hate toward President Biden on the main stream media, like you did for Trump. No matter what he does, that will not happen. This is not reality. No person is perfect, and they make mistakes. There will still be hate, but most of the hate you will hear from the main stream media, will be hatred toward anyone who supported President Trump. This will be for social media as well. When people have hate in their hearts, they have to release it somewhere. Without Trump, his supporters are the next best option. I would hope that Joe Biden, with his "Unity" message, will try to unite his own party, because some of their utter distain for anyone who is a Conservative, will never unite this country. I would hope after reading this, you do not necessarily have to agree with me, or act or feel the way that I do, but take the time to think about how you can be a positive light in the next four years. Stefanie Daubert ![]() It is President Trump’s last full 24 hours in office. As he is ending his term, I wrote him this: Dear President Trump, I have supported you from the day you said that you would run for President. Now your first term is over, but not your last. You are the most resilient, hard working, determined person I have ever seen. No matter what the left did to try to destroy you, you remained victorious and continued to work for the American people. You are the first person in office that wanted nothing for himself, and everything for us. So many people love and support you, and we will never forget all of the campaign promises that you accomplished. My hope is that you continue to fight for the American people. The left is trying to silence half the country, and you, but their fascism will not stand in this country. God bless you President Trump! I will continue to pray for you and your family. God wins.
