This day and age, it is rare to hear the words, “I love you,” from anyone. This is especially true
of a group that the media has shaped into a group that does not accept anyone different than they are. I am talking about the Christian Church. If you listened to the media, without ever attending church, you may think Christians are self- righteous judgmental people. The problem with that narrative is it is not true at all. I was a young person once, hard to believe, and I had serious problems with depression and thoughts of suicide. Transgender was not heard of during my youth, but I have no idea what I would have done to try to make myself accept myself more. I felt like I was disappointing God daily, because of the thoughts I was having. I thought, “If God loves me so much, why would He want me to be so depressed and want to die?” It wasn’t until years later and a lot of counseling, that I realized that God does not send us depression and suicidal thoughts. Those come from the pit of hell. If you ask God to deliver you from these things, He will listen. He listened to me. It was not easy. I tried committing suicide many times. I spent years having an eating disorder. All these mental illnesses are a sickness that the devil wants to use to destroy our lives. To get help and start recovering, it is important to admit that we have a problem, then start writing it down in a journal or start telling a good friend about it, the friends that we thought would judge us, will end up being the most supportive people we have ever known. No one judged me, especially God. I developed a strong relationship with God that will never bebroken. What I worry about today with the transgender ideology happening, is that no one is accepting that they have a problem. Media tells them that they do not need help. I would ask, if they did not need help, how come their rates of depression, anxiety, and suicide are high, up to 60%. This does not sound like a group of people who appear fine to me. I am not judging anyone, because I know how deathly afraid, I was to be judged as a young person. I just wanted to hear the words, “God loves you just the way you are.” You may need to change some things, but that does not mean that God does not love you. God made all of us in his image. I would ask anyone who wants to change their gender, “Why would you want to change the gender that God made in his image?” He loves you and makes you perfect for a reason. God knows what your entire life will be like. He has a plan for you. I would hope that after you read this, you would know that Christian’s love you and only want the best God wants for you. We will sit with you while you cry because you are depressed. We will hold your hand while you explain that your family does not understand you. You know who understands you? God does. God loves you and so do we!

On Tuesday morning, May 16, 2023, I read an article by Froma Harrop, from The Bakersfield Californian titled, “Donald Trump is not out type, believe me.” The first thing that I thought of, before reading the article is that as a writer, she is clumping everyone into a group, that everyone else agrees with her that Donald Trump is “not our type.”
As a Conservative, this was offensive to me. Over half of this country supports Donald Trump, and according to recent poling, Trump clears the GOP field and beats Biden. Trump currently leads the GOP presidential primary race at 55%, followed by Ron DeSantis at 20%, where 56% of people think that Biden is not mentally fit to run for President again, and 67% of those polled said that Biden is too old for the position. Besides the obvious reasons why Trump makes a better Presidential candidate in 2024 over Biden, Harrop brought up issues about Trump that people do not care about. People do not care that E. Jean Carroll, a woman Trump never met, won in a civil lawsuit against Trump, which he is appealing. No one cares about some old Access Hollywood Tape that was used to try to stop Trump from winning as President in 2016. No one cares about what Trump looks like, except Harrop, where she attacks Trump’s looks like a scorned woman, stating that he is an “obese 76-year-old who likes pretending to be young buck who gets to pick and choose among the ladies.” It is okay to have debates on policy differences between Trump and Biden, and to focus on the real issues, but petty attacks and smear campaigns are the reasons why people do not trust the media right now. A new gallop poll shows that just 7% of Americans have “a great deal” of trust and confidence in the media, and 38% have no confidence at all in newspapers. Harrop then attacks the people who attend Trump rallies. I would like to ask her if she has “been to a Trump Rally?” If she had, she would not so viciously attack the hard-working men and women who go to the rallies, who only love this country, and do not like seeing the road it is going down. She infers that the women who attend Trump rallies are there due to being drawn there like “animal magnetism” but that these types of ladies are not “Trump’s type.” She states that Trump’s type is porn star Stormy Daniels, who already stated publicly that she never had sex with Trump, and it was a lie. Trump has a beautiful and graceful wife Melania, and for Harrop to assume that she knows what Trump’s type of woman is, is quite insulting from a journalistic standpoint. As a journalist myself, I would never write vile words based on not liking someone. Where are the days that a journalist remained neutral? After attacking Trump and Melania, Harrop attacks Trump’s stance on abortion. I don’t use the term “reproductive rights” because in an abortion, nothing is being reproduced, but the exact opposite. It is a usual patter for Democrats to change the name for things to make them seem less negative in the public eye. Harrop makes is sound like that the main issue that women care about in this country is abortion. That is not true. Women and families are worried about how they will pay for gas and rent. They are worried about it they can afford food to feed their kids. They are worried about their retirement accounts disappearing before their eyes. They are worried about more banks collapsing. They are worried about kids doing so poorly in school and the increase in mental health issues amongst teenagers, especially females. Harrop ends her article by stating that Trump is “not even the fat Elvis, who at least was nice.” Did she know Elvis personally, and what is her obsession with focusing on a man’s weight? If she was to write about women being overweight, there would be huge outrage. It is time for writers to go back to being neutral tellers of the truth, not what I read. Stefanie Daubert, Writer and CEO of Conservative Christian News and Reporter for The Epoch Times. I have been dealing with Congestive Heart Failure for a few years now. It is unfortunate since I am still in my 40's, but I deal with it the best I can.
When it gets really bad, and my hands and feet swell to the point I can't walk or put my shoes on, and it feels like my lungs are surrounded by fluid, then my heart doctor always advises me to go to an ER. I called my heart doctor's office on Friday, 5/19/23 and let them know that since I was at their office on Monday, and my doctor changed my water pill, I had gained 12 pounds in 5 days. This is not possible by a food standpoint, because I eat very healthy and run/walk 5 miles a day, and I did not miss a day exercising all week. The nurse I was speaking to talked to a heart doctor (not mine-he was already gone for the day) and she told me that I need to go to an urgent care. I told her last time I went to an urgent care for the same thing a few weeks ago, they called the ambulance on me. She said in that case, I should go to an ER immediately. I told her it was a Friday night and I could not sit there for hours and my niece was graduating college early Saturday morning, so I promised to go to an ER right after that. She was not happy and told me that she was going to put in my file that she told me to go to the ER but I would not go until the next day....ugh. In Bakersfield, there are three cardiac hospitals, which are Memorial Hospital, Heart Hospital, and Adventist Health. My heart doctor practices at Memorial Hospital, but it has the busiest ER in the city. I decided to go to the heart hospital. There was only a few people in the waiting room. The nurse immediately took my blood and put a heart monitor on me. She said if they find anything wrong they will have to transfer me to Memorial Hospital, which is fine with my, because I would bypass waiting in the ER waiting room. They gave me a large amount of diuretics, which made me urinate, but it did not make my feet any less swollen. I was never taken back to the ER and put in a room, which was weird, because when I used the bathroom in the ER, there were a lot of rooms open. It was almost empty for an ER. They did have me come back once to do a chest x-ray. They told me to go in the bathroom and remove my bra, then come out and sit in a chair by the bathroom. The tech took a few x-rays. Then I went back in the bathroom to put my bra back on and I accidentally bumped my iv. Blood started squirting everywhere. I could not even put my shirt on. I held it up to my chest, opened the door, yelled at a man to grab the nurse. She said just a second and the man said she needed to come now. The nurse had the audacity to yell at me for bumping it. I said if they put me in a gown like a regular ER then I wouldn't have to worry about this. This further annoyed her, but I don't to well with attitudes when something I did was an accident. She brought me wet towels so I could wipe all the blood off me (it was everywhere) but there was also blood that squirted all over my clothes, which I had to put back on. She sent me back to the waiting room where I had to sit in my bloody clothes. This was not a few spots of blood, but I looked like a stabbing victim. The doctor finally walked out in the ER and told me to come on back and he sat me in the same chair where I sat for my x-ray. He said the blood tests look okay and the chest x-ray looks okay. What does okay mean coming from a doctor? I want numbers. He did not show me my actual blood test numbers. He did say he diagnosed me with Dilated Cardiomyopathy, which is new. He didn't explain it to me. When I looked it up, it stated that it develops when one or both ventricles (lower chamber of the heart) are damaged and become enlarged. The enlarged ventricles are too weak to pump enough blood to your body for your usual daily activities. He said he will prescribe Lasix. I told him my heart doctor just took me off that medicine because he does not want me on it. He did not listen and said he is prescribing in anyway. Then I told him my pharmacy is closed on the weekend. He said take the water pill my heart doctor gave me a few days prior. I told him that it was not working, and that is why my heart doctor told me to come to the ER. I felt like I was on that tv show Punked. I thought, "No doctor can be this dumb." The nurse called me back in her room to give me my discharge paperwork. I said "You basically did nothing to treat me, and now the doctor is giving me the medication that my heart doctor does not want me to take." I then said I will definitely be writing an article about this, because no one deserves to come to the ER and nothing be done for them." I stated if the doctor would have really been listening to me, when I told him I can't take Lasix, he could have tried a different medication, but now I am leaving in the same exact condition, barely able to walk because my feet are so swollen and my hands, gaining 12 pounds in 5 days. The medication they gave me while I was there to urinate barely worked. I only went to the bathroom 3 times, which is not a lot with the amount of iv medication they gave me. The charge nurse with the major attitude problem's name is Melody Montez. I told her I would be sure to mention her name in my article, because of her behavior. I am also going to file a complaint with the hospital. The thing is, I still need to go to an ER. Today my feet are worse than yesterday and the fluid has made it to my face and I have a black eye from the fluid build up under my eyes. I hope if you ever have to go to Bakersfield Heart Hospital, I hope that you get better treatment than I received. Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Az) is adding details on the movement of money to Biden family accounts through a complex network of accounts and companies. He said that Rob Walker paid Biden members more than $2 million from his account. He claims that the payment showed a one-third pattern that would go to the Bidens.
Rep. Nancy Mace (R, SC) is detailing the findings of shell companies being used to send money to up to nine Biden family members not just from China but Romania. The Romanian details are new... She is suggesting that these "layering schemes" were made complex to keep others from "following the money." .She is also noting that there is a pattern of 30 percent being repeatedly carved out for the Biden family. Mace taunted DOJ and said it needs to "get off its a**" since they have now done the work for them... Rob Walker features greatly in these transfers. Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) detailed how Walker was paid $3 million from a Romanian figure known for corruption and bribery. One third was then sent to the Bidens... .During this period, Biden in May 2014 was speaking about corruption in Romania. In Sept. 2015, Biden welcomed the Romanian president to Washington. Five weeks later, money flowed to Biden associates through multiple accounts. Haley Biden received some of this money. The $3 million payment from Romania is clearly a focus of the Committee. Armstrong saying that the Romanian payments followed a pattern with the Chinese payments.... Rep. Byron Donalds (R, FL). has said that a review of documents showed "many people" were concerned about these transactions and sought to conceal them through a web of LLCs.. He says that at least 16 companies were created while Biden was Vice President and that number is now at least 20. Many of the same people were involved in the LLCs like Rob Walker... He says that the Committee (and as someone who worked in banking) believes that there was no legitimate purpose in creating this array of LLCs beyond the effort to conceal money transfers... Chairman Jordan (R, OH) says the Committee has reviewed 170 suspicious activity reports and that shows this array of LLCs funneling money to the Biden family... Jordan just said that the Biden team gave Morell the name of a reporter that they wanted the Hunter Biden letter to be sent to first. Photo by 23ABC News May 4, 2023 | Stefanie Daubert On Friday, April 28th, I went to Accelerated Urgent Care in Bakersfield on Coffee Rd. I went to this location because a friend of mine, Dr. Artin Massihi, who starts a lot of the Urgent Care Locations always refers people to their different locations.
Upon arrival I was treated very well by the staff and doctor. The doctor though, knew I was to sick and should be seen at a hospital, based on my EKG and check x-ray, plus edema from CHF. He called an ambulance so I could be taken to Adventist Health Hospital in Bakersfield. I knew it was a Friday night and would be busy, but I thought going by ambulance would help me to get in faster, I was very wrong about this, As soon as I arrived at the hospital, I knew that there would be a problem. There were so many of us on gurneys from different ambulances, that I had around 30 people in front of me before I would be able to talk to a doctor. I started crying horrible because I was pain, and no one would help me, despite people walking by me hundreds of times seeing me crying, knowing I was in obvious pain. Luckily there was an ambulance worker, who was not one one of my own, who took it upon himself to help me. He could see how swollen my feet were and how horrible pain my left foot was in. He brought me hot blankets to wrap by foot up in, propped my foot up, and gave me extra blankets to keep me warn in general. He was upset that I had been there for hours and not looked at, especially since I was there due to a very abnormal EKG that showed an arrythmia that was very bad, I was wondering why no one was doing an EKG to compare with the one from the urgent care. When a doctor finally talked to me, Kevin Schmidt, DO, he told me I was there for a little feet swelling. I said no, I was there from an EKG that showed a possible heart attack. He could not find that report. My ambulance driver had it, but now it was lost. They finally did another EKG, which was still abnormal. They eventually moved my into a bed in the hallway, that every bed that was rolled by me hit my bed, causing me intense pain. I was so dehydrated because at this point I had been crying since I got there, which was 5 hours now. I was told they were going to take me for a bunch of tests. I told them I was not going anywhere unless I got something for pain because I have been crying non-stop for hours. I kept getting told that my nurse would come see me, but she never came. Then another woman came by and was trying to wheel me away to go get my tests. i said no, that I could not move that I was in so much pain with the pain and swelling in my feet, and my chest pain. A nurse finally came and gave me 4mg of morphine. After that, it was two hours later before they took me for my tests, so the medication was starting to wear off. I went for a chest x-ray, foot x-ray. and ultrasound to check for blood clots. That took everything out of me. I was still crying. i finally got back to my bed and asked the nurse if I could have more pain meds because mine wore off and i was crying, She said that the doctor only gives the pain meds every 4 hours and she said i got my meds at 10pm. I got my meds at 9 pm, so the nurse lied. I sat there crying, sometimes whaling, so everyone knew I was in pain. A few hours later the doctor came by. He said I have quite an extensive medical history, He said he cant admit me based on all of the little things wrong. I told him in January I came to this hospital for the same group of "little things" and I was sent home. Three days later I was back, admitted to the ICU, and almost died from Sepsis, The doctor told me I had pneumonia once again, but he could not explain my swollen feet or why I could not walk. I asked him how I was going to walk out of here or take care of myself at home. He gave me one more dose of pain meds so I could somewhat walk very slowly out of the hospital. I told the doctor in a few days when all of these problems get worse, it is going o be bad for him because he is going to be responsible for sending me home, I said it will also be bad for me, because I will have to deal with a life threatening sickness again. My conclusion about Adventist Health...you can go in by ambulance for a severe heart arrythmia, possible heart attack, and a few other problems listed on the EKG, and you are ignored, never hooked up to a heart monitor, 5 hours until receiving an EKG to compare it to the one from the urgent care facility, left in severe pain crying while no one cares, I felt worthless, I did not feel like I received any care, I would have felt better staying in my bed at home and possible dying there, vs being treated like a second class citizen, while every inmate that i saw brought into the hospital was treated like a king, getting the biggest rooms and getting a nurse to respond to them any time they asked. I do not know if it is due to the staffing shortage, but it was not just myself that I saw being treated badly. No one in that emergency room was happy. I heard people yelling on the top of their lungs for their pain meds. I do not blame them. I am not a loud person, or I probably would have joined them. Dr. Kevin Schmidt, DO, should either learn how to communicate with his patients, or take a vacation, because no one was happy with his care.
